Evidence model
Material claims should identify a source, publisher, publication date, access date, and verification state. Fact, allegation, and analysis must not be presented as interchangeable.
Review and corrections
Draft records remain private. Public records display their review status and update date. Corrections should be evaluated against supporting evidence and retained in an audit history.
